Brain Injury Basics for Families

Join us for the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey's free workshop “Brain Injury Basics for Families.” Scheduled for Monday, May 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. on Bancroft’s Haddonfield Campus, the workshop is open to the public. The impact of brain injuries caused by concussion, motor vehicle crashes, falls, strokes, aneurysms will be discussed. Attendees will also learn the following: what brain injury is; the incidence of brain injury; the common effects of brain injury; strategies family members can use; tips for caregivers; and resources available to families through the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey and other agencies around the state.
