An Overview of Asperger’s Syndrome
WHAT: Bancroft NeuroHealth’s FREE workshop series on topics related to developmental disabilities will hold a workshop on An Overview of Asperger’s Syndrome. The workshop will focus on the varied characteristics of Asperger’s Syndrome and why it is currently included under the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Also discussed are the syndrome’s possible causes, its criteria for medial diagnosis, and prevalence among the population. Families of individuals with developmental disabilities and professionals are encouraged to attend; continuing education credits (CEUs) are available.
