New Jersey Legislature honors Bancroft NeuroHealth
Bancroft NeuroHealth was honored by the New Jersey Legislature with a ceremonial proclamation during a recent Assembly Session commemorating the organization’s 125th anniversary. This Joint Legislative Resolution lauded Bancroft for its continued dedication, compassion, and excellence in services and programs for individuals with disabilities. Bancroft is one of the first private schools in the country dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities. Today, Bancroft NeuroHealth annually serves more than 1,300 children and adults with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and other neurological impairments. Programs include education, rehabilitation, vocational, residential, evaluation and treatment services.
Accepting the proclamation is Toni Pergolin, president of Bancroft NeuroHealth. Joining Pergolin are (l-r) New Jersey Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt; New Jersey Assemblyman Louis Greenwald; Joe Atkinson, Chairman of the Bancroft NeuroHealth Board of Trustees and Leon Zimmerman, Bancroft NeuroHealth Board member.
The Bancroft School, part of Bancroft NeuroHealth, is based in Haddonfield, NJ with sites in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Ocean, Salem and Middlesex Counties in New Jersey and in Delaware. Bancroft NeuroHealth serves children and adults with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and other neurological impairments. Programs include education, rehabilitation, vocational, residential, evaluation and treatment services.
