Free Workshop: Managing Challenging Behaviors in the Home

WHAT: Bancroft NeuroHealth’s FREE workshop series on topics related to developmental disabilities will hold a workshop on Managing Challenging Behaviors in the Home. The workshop will provide an introduction to functions of behavior, reinforcement and behavior intervention. Technique discussions will include preference assessments, assessing potential functions of undesired behavior as well as approaches to increase appropriate behaviors and reduce problem behaviors in the home. Families and caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities and professionals are encouraged to attend.
