Bancroft employs many highly skilled and trained staff members who are dedicated to helping people with disabilities. Professional staff are active in their fields, and are frequently invited to speak at conferences and workshops. An extensive training program—both initial as well as ongoing—is provided to keep staff current with "best practices" in the treatment and care provided to those served.
