The ARC of NJ
The Arc of New Jersey is "a statewide, private, nonprofit advocacy organization incorporated in 1949 by a group of parents who had a vision of building a better quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities and their families."
Bancroft Free Workshops
Bancroft offers free workshops on topics related to developmental disabilities and related disorders including separate sessions for parents and education professionals, as well as combined workshops. Attendees do not have to pay, but must register for workshops in advance.
Blue Tower Training
Blue Tower Training provides training, consultations, workshops, and resources on violence prevention and intervention for people with developmental disabilities, self-advocacy, and positive behavioral supports.
Boggs Training Center/ Developmental Disabilities Lecture Series
The Developmental Disabilities Lecture Series is a community and continuing education program provided for Division of Developmental Disabilities staff, community provider agencies, people with disabilities, and family members to enhance their knowledge and skills in innovative approaches and state of the art practices for people with developmental disabilities. A variety of topics are offered each fall and spring.
